Items will be posted via Australia Post with tracking and signature on delivery. Delross Design Jewellers are not liable for packages being damaged or lost in transit. We can use your requested courier company on your account should you prefer this method. In-store pickup is available. If you would like insurance on your item, please advise us at check-out and we can provide a shipping quote with insurance.
