- How do I find my finger size?

You can order our ring sizer by clicking here, which we will post to you so that you can measure your finger size. You are welcome to come in-store and we can measure your finger. Alternatively, if you are not local to us, a jeweller in your area can often size your finger for you at no charge. Another option is to download the App 'Ring Sizer Pro' which can help to measure your finger size - click here for iPhone, click here for Android.

Your right and left hands are different sizes to each other, so the ring finger on your left hand will not be the same as the ring finger on your right hand. Typically, your dominant hand is slightly larger than your non-dominant hand. 

It's important to note that not all rings will feel the same on your finger. The wider the ring, the tighter it will feel on your finger - and the narrower the ring, the looser it will feel on your finger. If you're purchasing a particularly wide or narrow ring, it's best to let the jeweller who's sizing your finger know, so that he/she can use the appropriate sizing method to find your size. 

 - What happens if I have ordered the wrong size?

Most rings can be resized. You are welcome to come in-store or send your ring back to us, and we will resize your ring for you once we have contacted you with a quote and turnaround time to do so. 

- How do I send my ring back to you?

Once you have contacted us regarding your return, please post your ring back to us in its original packaging (if you still have it) via registered post. If you do not have the original packaging, please ensure it's wrapped safely and securely for postage. We recommend opting for the signature on delivery and insurance option, as Delross Jewellers are not responsible or liable for items in transit. The cost for postage to and from Delross Jewellers due to an incorrect size will be at the expense of the customer. One of our team members will contact you to confirm the arrival of your item and will provide you with an estimated time of completion for the alterations of your ring. 



 - How long will it take to receive my piece?

Once we have finalised your design, your piece may take between 3-6 weeks to complete. Production times vary depending on the availability of gemstones, complexity of design, current workshop production and supplier timeframes. Please note that production timeframes do not include postage times.

- I need my item quickly, can you accommodate this?

We understand that plans change and life happens, and part of The Delross Difference is our flexibility and adaptability. We will always try to accommodate your needs as best as we possibly can. Please call our boutique on (07) 3350 1138 to provide us with your required turnaround time or date that you need your item for, and we will let you know whether or not we can make this happen for you.
