The Custom Design Process
We specialise in Custom Design and Remodelling at Delross Design Jewellers. Our four-step Bespoke Design process has been created to make your experience enjoyable, relaxing and stress-free. You are welcome to be involved as much or as little as you wish throughout the project, and our consultants can either work with you on developing a design idea that you may have, or they can alternatively come up with an idea for you completely.

If you aren't sure of what styles you like, don't worry! Our job is to help you find something that you will love. Once we've found it, we can move on to finding your perfect gemstone.
Select your gemstones from Delross Design Jewellers wide range of available gems, or have something more specific sourced for you.
Our expert consultants will advise you on the best gemstones for the purpose of your piece, taking into consideration your colour preferences, your cost goal, your work and your hobbies & pastimes to make sure that your gems will last a lifetime!
Once we have developed the design and chosen your gemstones, it's time to bring the idea to life!
A sketch of your design really helps to grasp how your piece will look once it's completed. We'll provide you with a drawing of the proposed design along with the final price. If you're 100% happy with all aspects, we can move forward to the production stage!
Once you have paid a deposit, your piece will be handcrafted over the course of 2-3 weeks.
Please note that whilst this is our usual timeframe, there may be some extenuating circumstances causing this turnaround time to vary slightly. Deposit amounts vary from 20% - 50% depending on the piece. We have multiple payment options including credit card, cash, ZIP Pay/Money, AfterPay and in-store Lay-By.
