Farewell Ruby

With much pain and sadness, we said goodbye to our beautiful Ruby girl on Saturday as she peacefully began her journey over the rainbow. There are no words to describe just how loved Ruby is, and how incredibly important she is to our Family at home - but also in the lives of our staff and customers at Delross. She kept us company throughout the day as we worked, bringing us entertainment with her endearing bubble-wrap-chewing antics (she loved to make them ‘pop’), her cheeky vocal demands for treats and her little leg-boops when she wanted to go for a walk. Most of you will have met Ruby as she greeted you in the shop, and experienced her beautiful, warm and loving soul throughout her 13 years of life. She has been coming to work with us since she was a bright young puppy all the way through to just last week. Ruby was always full of life and love, even in her final days. Thank you to all of our wonderful clients who showed Ruby love in the way of pats, hugs and kind words. She will be forever loved and missed.
